SHOOT so once is top exercising its hard to get back into a routine! gees I have not done any exercises this past week and my family was also over from California. Cesar and I have remained in good track even though our exercising routines have gone down the drain. I started taking organic peanut butter just two small spoons of it with some celery to lunch everyday and has helped with sugar cravings also im eating more breakfast in the morning that also helps from me being so hungry and cut backs on cravings.

I started incorporating a jump rope into my exercise routine its a great workout warm-up





Awww my wave master! I love it I started using it again... so far I have used it for thirty minutes but hopefully soon I can do just hour workout of this if I wanted too!... I love it for kicks it's fun and I love using my pink gloves.

This is my Ipod Cesar gave me for our wedding anniversary this Valentines 2010. I think for me music motivates me to do a longer workout and I do not get bored as easily when I hear nothing.









My elliptical I do not use it for long periods of time because I get tired lol and out of breath but I do use it in combination with my workout . I will start using it more often and more time.

OMG Kendra's wedding is coming up and I am freaking out!
So I have always read that you need to tell people your intentions of losing weight and your goals why?! is it because it will force you to be accountable? gain motivation from friends? I just decided to go ahead and post my so called fat pictures on the web for anyone to see! I am not sure why but it makes me a little responsible of my actions whether I lose weight or not. Before I met Cesar I got serious and I lost around 50 pounds when I met him I was 160 and size Medium and in great shape and health and now were both bigger and unhealthier! he was also way skinnier and he had lost weight but I am not sure what it is but sometimes when people get married or you find someone it's like you do not take care of your self.

SKINNY CHARLIE

End of MAY soon to be JUNE!!!

Hi, gees it has been a while hasn't it? Today I weight my self at 190.5 and 47.5 fat %. I have been walking my dog Charlie it's great when I come home from a stressful day at work to walk my dog and I feel good that he is no longer an obese dog!. I just started working out again I went on a hiatus because of the weather I did not go out much but that seems to be just an excuse... this year is going through my eyes and out because it's been so fast! We are improving how we eat slowly but some progress is there I am trying to push Cesar to walk the dog with me and he does not want too much we do go exercise together on the weekend but weekends are not enough . I have wedding to go to next month I had planned how and when I was going to lose weight and I derailed big time...now next month is almost here and I do not think I can lose much right before it but I think It is time to overdrive it !!!! lol soon I will be posting my pictures of me hopefully soon we can start seeing before and after pictures of great results now I just have to put those words into action and I will be set. I am looking forward to getting a haircut soon and I want to dye my hair and hopefully lose a few pounds before her wedding. Wish us luck!

New Diet This week I am 197.0 and 50.0 fat

Hi so Cesar did a meal plan for us it's mainly low carb I am not looking forward to eat ing low carb BUT a few times I tried it I really did lose weight and according to many articles I have read it's good for PCOS. So lets see if this time I can stick to it. I think sometimes I do not stick to it because Cesar gets super strict on it and I do not like that... last time I lost 50 pounds and I kept it for a very long time I did low carb and low calorie diet with very moderate exercise. At that time I was not working so I had time to do tons of exercise I went to school and I refused to get picked up and I walked home.
The meal plan is good I added a few of my things but I think it is going to be good for the both of us. The thing is I need to exercise too without it its just slower process and I am at risk of gaining back what I lost. This week im 8:30-5:30 shift so I don't know how Im going to squeese exercise in there because I come back from work really tired.

A NEW START


Hi it is the starting of 2010 My husband and I want to go back to the weight we both were when we first met!...or close to it ;). crossing our fingers. We want to be healthier we are tired of being overweight. I want to have children some day and I have a few health concerns I need to improve on and I think losing weight could greatly benefit me and hopefully one day I can have children of my own. This blog will be about our life we been together for 4 years married almost a year and there is a few things we would love to do. one is losing weight and going back to what we were, second I want to have children and hopefully this would be my outlet of describing what we go through to achieve that if ever. I like witting so just about life. That's why I am doing another blog.
